Service Assessment
The
Customer Service
Profile (CSP) provides questions for organizational
leaders to establish the customer service standards for their
organization and measures job applicants and employees against
these established standards. A comparison report indicates
how your organization's standards compares to industry standards.
You
can select the candidate or employee best matched for the
customer service position and provide training on areas where
there are knowledge gaps on the company's standards. In addition,
the CSP measures math and verbal proficiencies and customer
service attributes: conformity, flexibility, courtesy, focus,
trust, and tact.
A
CSP is available specifically for retail, healthcare, hospitailty
and financial services.
