Sales Personnel Assessments

The Profiles Sales Indicator and the Profile XT Sales Reports benchmark the traits and preferences of the company's top sales performers and matches internal and external candidates to the top performers. With this assessment companies can select the 20% of sales employees who will make 80% of the sales.

Newly hired sales employees receive an individual report to improve performance while the Sales Managers use the management report to coach the employees.
