Our CEO, Mathilda Renoir, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has over 20 years of combined experience in Human Resources, Training and Development and Quality Improvement. She is a Strategic Business Partner with Profiles International since 2004. Mathilda assists organizations with employee selection, workforce engagement, training, team building, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, process improvement, succession planning and retention.
Her experience in healthcare, education and non-profit organizations includes work in Human Resources, quality improvement, customer service training and management of call center training.
Mathilda has a Masters Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Training and Development; certificates in Business Administration; and Training and Development, American Society of Training and Development. She was a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Coast Human Resources Association.
She has published numerous articles and served on various professional boards.
